Do you know if the U.S Gov. has invested in the Iraqi Dinar?

first :
American citizens have the right to buy or sell shares and money like any Iraqi citizen .
second :
there is a daily auction in the central bank in Baghdad to buy and sell the dollar and the Iraqi dinar . and to decide the rate of the change daily .
third :
there is no mention of a direct investment in the dinar by the American government , but i doubt it , because this may raise the value of the dinar substantially causing more inflation .
this is only a speculation from me .
