let say u bought from ebay or any other services..some amount of foreign money. the they do shipped this item using a normal postal services…is it safe and legal to have it ship to singapore ? what is the currency amount limit ??

i go through the anti terrorist article about the sending money..it says its ok as long as bellow 30 K..so what other article that against it ?
