What does it mean when someone says Iraqi oil was traded in Euro’s before the American invasion. Then after the invasion it is traded in dollars? How does this conversion process actually work if the Iraqi currency is the Iraqi Dinar? Same question with Libya and the Libian Dinar. Is Libyan oil now traded in the dollar as well? What was it traded in before?
Finally explain the series of steps for this process, and how it gets into the American exchange. Is it true that when America took the oil wealth this is what caused the weakening of the Euro and the economic calamity seen there?

Will the Iraqi currency revalue? If it is due to revalue what is the time frame that it is set to revalue in? Also will it revalue enough to help iraq, the united states and all the other countries in the world that are currently holding the iraqi dinar, help them get out of some if not all of their debt and also help put an end to the current economic crisis that the world is in? Will it also help the regular people that currently hold the Iraqi dinar get out of their debt and be able to spend money to help boost the economy with starting business hiring employees, investing and also be able to help out their country and fellow man?

Background:
First off I am newly married and we just set up our joint checking. I am not good with money but am trying to work on that and work on saving. My husband is a saver and usually makes good decisions with his money.
He came to me wanting to purchase $340 US dollars to get these dinars. Fist off that is a weeks worth of my pay, I have a nine year old, we pay way to much for a condo he purchased in the boom (over a grand a month for a two bedroom 1,200 sq ft) and we both have really old cars one on its very last leg and he wants to invest this money. I am VERY against this and totally convinced this is a major scam.
We are in a major fight were I slept on the couch last night because I was so upset. This is alot of money for me. I lived hand to mouth for a long time being a single parent and did make bad decisions with my money which is being thrown in my face now to convince me to let him make this horrible decision.
Please can someone give me some advice or let me know what they think about this dinar thing?
He has no experience in money trading but he has had stocks but money trading no. We are just normal people working regular jobs not struggling but very close to it.

Sure, the reasoning for war in Iraq was “embellished” quite a bit by **** Cheney and Mr. Bush. But the fact remains that Iran, which fosters and supports Al Qaida and other groups, wants to wipe out western civilization. We needed a theatre of operations in the mideast (other than Afghanistan) to stifle further attacks on US soil and to put direct pressure on Iran. The Iraq war has accomplished this. Now how do we proceed?
